Our Services

We carry out residential roof inspections, roof repair, roof leak repair, storm and hail damage repair, roof replacement, siding and gutter and downspout work for properties in Voorhees Township, New Jersey and the surrounding boroughs.

We do not undertake commercial roofing, low-slope membrane systems, metal roofing, solar installation, window or door work. Where a job falls outside what we do, we say so rather than attempt it.

Use of the Website

The pages here are published so that homeowners can understand what an inspection covers and what the jobs involve. They describe general practice rather than your particular roof, and nothing on the site should be treated as a recommendation about a specific property.

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not republish them as your own.

Inspections, Findings and Estimates

An inspection is carried out on the roof and, where access allows, in the attic. It records what was visible and reachable on the day. It is not a guarantee about how a roof will behave afterwards, and it says nothing about parts of the building that were not inspected.

Written findings and any price that follows are given in good faith on what was found. Where something is discovered only once a covering is lifted — a soft deck, a rotten fascia, a previous repair hidden underneath — we stop, photograph it, and agree the change with you at the rate stated in the original estimate before continuing.

Photographs and measurements taken at your property are shared with you for your own use. We may also keep them as our record of the work.

Insurance Claims

Where storm or hail damage is involved we can document what we find and we can be present when an adjuster inspects the roof. We do not file claims on your behalf, we do not act as your representative with an insurer, and we make no promise about what any policy will or will not pay. Those decisions rest with you and your insurer.
