What gets written down when you call about a roof, and what happens to it afterwards.
Last updated: October 2026
Information We Collect
When you telephone us we write down what we need to find the roof and come back to you about it: a name, a telephone number, the address of the property, and whatever you tell us about the covering and what prompted the call.
During an inspection we make our own record: measurements, notes on each slope, photographs of anything we find above and below the covering, and the written findings that follow from them. Where work goes ahead, the record grows to include the agreed scope, the materials used and the dates the crew was on site.
This website carries no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no booking widget and no account to create. There is nothing here to type your details into, so the only information we hold is information you gave us on the telephone or at the property.
How We Use Your Information
To get to the right roof, carry out the inspection, write up the findings, price any work that is recommended, order materials, schedule the crew and answer questions about the job afterwards.
Photographs and measurements taken during an inspection are used to support the findings we give you and, where a claim is involved, to show an adjuster what was found. They are kept so that a question asked next year can be answered against what was actually there.
We do not use what you tell us to advertise anything unrelated, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and Tracking
This site is static. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising pixels and builds no profile of visitors. Your browser may keep its own cache of pages and images, which is ordinary browser behaviour and is cleared whenever you clear it.
How We Share Information
Suppliers receive the quantities and the delivery address when materials are ordered. Where a permit is needed, the relevant municipal office in Voorhees Township or the borough concerned receives what the application requires. Where a storm claim is in progress and you ask us to, your insurer's adjuster receives the photographs and findings for the property.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to bring or defend a legal claim. Beyond that, nothing is passed on, rented or sold.
Data Security
Job records, measurements, photographs and written findings are held on password-protected devices and accounts, reachable only by the people working on your roof. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but the circle of people with access is deliberately small.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask what we hold about your property, ask for a copy of the findings and photographs, or ask us to delete the record once the work is finished and any claim is closed. Telephone the number on this site and ask.
You may also decline to give us information, though a roof cannot be inspected without an address to go to.
Third-Party Links
Pages here sometimes link outward, usually to a manufacturer's installation literature, a weather service or a municipal page. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we have no control over them.
Children's Privacy
This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and nothing on the site is directed at them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised version applies.
